I’m Stephanie, a mother and grandmother to an amazing family.

 

Being healthy and feeling my personal best is important to me and them.

 

I’ve competed in the sport of barrel racing my entire life. The need to feel good to ride my best and take care of my horses is a top priority.

 

Salish Sea Wellness was launched in 2024. I guess the big “60” was my wake-up call to finally share the knowledge I have learned over the past 40 years.
